Service & Maintenance

Security installations undertaken by Prowatch  Security are completed in accordance With Australian Standards 2201.1 which states “Routine maintenance visits to the alarmed premises shall be made by an authorized representative of an alarm company at a minimum of once per year, with no more than 13 months between visits”.
Prowatch Security provides a maintenance service that will prolong the life of your investment and comply with the Australian Standards.
On each annual maintenance service our technician will:

• Inspect and test all control panel functions
  
• Inspect and test all alarm points for positive seal and alarm function capability
  
• Check and test all alarm status transmissions to the monitoring centre
  
• Check for correct voltage output
  
• Check battery output and replace where necessary (replacement parts at additional cost)
  
• Clean equipment where necessary
  
• Provide a written report and recommendations.
  

Keep in mind that most insurance companies provide a premium discount for clients who install a monitored security alarm. You should check with your insurer to confirm any discounts available
